The decision to sell our home and to use the Sibley Realty Group was a year long process. We were concerned about determining the right time to sell and determining a fair and appropriate asking price. We had questions about how to adequately prepare our home for photos and showings. We were concerned about security and showing our home while we were away on vacation. John Sibley addressed all of our questions and concerns. He walked us through the process from listing to closing. He was accessible and professional at all times, always respectfully acknowledging our concerns and providing insight that helped us to make good decisions. We didn't fully realize it while we were experiencing the emotions surrounding the sale of your home of 16 years and our move to another state, but it is clear to us now, as we look back, the Sibley Realty Group represented our best interest every step of the way. There were occasions time constraints and our work or travel schedules forced us to take a leap of faith but we were comfortable leaving it all in John's and he exceeded our expectations. If we had it to it again, we would not change a thing and we would definitely choose the Sibley Realty Group to represent us. My only regret is that our move out of state prevents us from utilizing their services in purchasing our new home.
